Donation Terms and Conditions
As part of our commitment to giving back, we donate $100 from eligible new home loans to a charity of your choice. To ensure this initiative remains sustainable and impactful, the following terms and conditions apply:
Eligibility Criteria
The donation applies only to new home loan applications submitted through Her Finance Pty Ltd.
The loan must be for the purchase or refinance of a residential property.
The minimum loan amount must be $300,000 AUD (or as otherwise specified).
Exclusions
Donations will not be made under the following circumstances:
The loan is for an existing client (i.e. any client who has previously settled a loan through us).
The loan is a personal loan, business loan, or car loan.
The loan includes a referral fee or financial incentive paid to a third party.
The loan is subject to a clawback clause and the clawback period has not yet lapsed.
A charity has not been nominated by the client within 30 days of settlement (in such cases, we reserve the right to make the donation to a charity of our choice or forego the donation at our discretion).
Timing and Payment of Donation
Donations will be made only after the loan has successfully settled, and confirmation of settlement has been received.
In cases where clawback provisions apply, we reserve the right to delay the donation until the clawback period (typically 12–18 months) has passed.
Only one donation per eligible loan will be made.
Charity Selection
Clients may nominate a registered Australian charity of their choice within 30 days of settlement.
If no nomination is made, Her Finance Pty Ltd may select a charity at its discretion or choose not to proceed with a donation.
Changes to Terms
Her Finance Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of loan settlement will apply

One Girl are a charity breaking down barriers to education for young girls.
What do they do?
They provide female students with an education and the tools for a successful schooling experience.
How can our $100 help?
Your choice will help break down barriers so young girls can access quality education. Just $84 can cover everything a student needs to be fully supported inside and outside the classroom for an entire month (including lunch, sanitary pads and educational resources).

Who are they?
Good Return are a charity breaking down barriers to financial opportunity and wellbeing for women in the Asia-pacific.
What they do?
They empower female entrepreneurs and small business owners with to boost their financial skills & opportunity. A financially stronger woman means equitable decision making in families, better opportunity for children, and for future generations of women entrepreneurs.
How will our $100 help?
As you borrow wisely to realise your financial aspirations, you can help build opportunity for another woman in Northern Australia and the Asia-Pacific. $100 can help Good Return provide marginalised women with a powerful combination of financial upskilling, workshops and access to responsible finance and loans so she can build and grow her business.

Security: The Forgotten Women
Who are they?
The Forgotten Women are a charity breaking down barriers for older women to access basic housing security and combat female homelessness and domestic violence.
What do they do?
Their initiatives help protect women from homelessness and provide them with shelter & housing security.
How can our $100 help?
Your donation will support over 40,000 women over 55 in Queensland experiencing homelessness with challenges of domestic violence, financial hardship, and limited job opportunities. It will provide them with a safe place to live, temparary housing and tailored support/counselling to rebuild their lives with stability and dignity as well as ongoing financial tools and support.
